What is KoshMitra OS?
KoshMitra OS is a cloud ERP, which simply means software that runs over the internet. It handles the everyday work of schools, colleges, universities, coaching centres and mandi (commission agent) business: fees, bills, admission, attendance, reports and more.
Can I try it before buying?
Yes, of course. Ask for a free demo on WhatsApp and we will run the software on your own phone.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser. On your phone you can add it to the home screen, and it will open like an app.
Which languages does it support?
English, Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Odia, Nepali, Assamese, Maithili, Manipuri, Kashmiri and Sanskrit.
Is my data kept separate from other institutes?
Yes. Each institute works inside its own account, and each person can see only the pages you allow.
Can I choose only the modules I need?
Yes. Modules can be switched on or off for each institute, so you run only what you need.
Can I bring my old student list?
A student list, with photos, can be brought in from an Excel file. Tell us your case and we will show you the way.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. The pages are made to work on both phones and computers, and parents and students can open their own portal on a phone.
Can parents and students log in?
Yes. There is a parent portal and a student portal for fees, notices and homework.
What does the Mandi ERP cover?
Farmer and buyer records, Kisan parchi, farmer and buyer bills, packing, ledgers, stock, statements and reports for a commission agent.
How is the price decided?
Plans are monthly (there is a yearly plan for mandi too). The price depends on the type of institute and the plan, and everything is listed in the pricing section above.
